恭讀聖路加福音 21:34-36那時候，耶穌對門徒說：「你們應當謹慎，免得你們的心因宴飲而沉醉，被人生的掛慮所困擾，以免那意想不到的日子臨於你們，因為那日子有如羅網，臨於全地面 的一切居民。所以，你們應當時時醒寤祈禱，為使你們能逃脫即將發生的這一切事，並能立於人子之前。」

A Reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke 21:34-3634 “But take heed to yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a snare; 35 for it will come upon all who dwell upon the face of the whole earth. 36 But watch at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that will take place, and to stand before the Son of man.”
