恭讀聖若望福音 20:2-8一週的第一天，瑪利亞瑪達肋納跑去見西滿伯多祿和耶穌所愛的那另一個門徒，對他們說：「有人從墳墓中把主搬走了，我們不知道他們把他放在那裏了。」伯多祿 便和那另一個門徒出來，往墳墓那裏去了。兩人一起跑，但那另一個門徒比伯多祿跑得快，先來到了墳墓那裏。他俯身看見了放著的殮布，卻沒有進去。隨著他的西 滿伯多祿也來到了，進了墳墓，看見了放著的殮布，也看見耶穌頭上的那塊汗巾，不同殮布放在一起，而另在一處捲著。那時，先來到墳墓的那個門徒，也進去了， 一看見就相信了。
—這是基督的福音。
A Reading from the Gospel of John 20:2-8
2 So she ran, and went to Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved, and said to them, “They have taken the Lord out of the tomb, and we do not know where they have laid him.” 3 Peter then came out with the other disciple, and they went toward the tomb. 4 They both ran, but the other disciple outran Peter and reached the tomb first; 5 and stooping to look in, he saw the linen cloths lying there, but he did not go in. 6 Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb; he saw the linen cloths lying, 7 and the napkin, which had been on his head, not lying with the linen cloths but rolled up in a place by itself. 8 Then the other disciple, who reached the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed;—The Gospel of the Lord.
